At The GOL Group we aim to provide cleaning and maintenance contracts that meet the broader criteria of sustainability in so far as they integrate social concerns into the business operation as well as environmental ones.

Examples of this are:

Creating full time cleaning jobs

Where possible we will work with clients to create longer cleaning shifts that make cleaning a realistic full time job opportunity. This involves identifying daytime duties that can be undertaken whilst client staff are in the building which include:

Emptying the contents of recycling stations and removing them to a central collection point
Agreeing a list of communal areas in a building that can be cleaned without disturbing the work of client staff, such as corridors, stairs, receptions or external areas
