Health & Safety

Health and Safety is integral to The GOL Group and our policy is to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees and to those who may be affected by our contractual duties.

Every opportunity is taken to ensure that employees are consulted in regard to Health and Safety matters. This is particularly important with regard to Risk Assessment, Method Statements, Health and Safety Systems of Work, and Wearing Personal Protective Clothing or using equipment supplied. As part of the on-going communication of health and safety matters a employees manual to health and safety is provided to all employees.

To this end, we train all our staff in H&S, to ensure that our teams, customers and the public are protected using the correct, current and future health and safety legislation.
