The GOL Group has been accredited with Investors in People since 2001. The Investors in People standards help organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people, which is something that The GOL Group pride themselves on. We realise that through building up a good relationships with all staff and opening up as many opportunities to allow our staff to develop is the basics for reaching our vision. By having this strong foundation in place, The GOL Group have maintained the standards set out by Investors in People, ensuring customer satisfaction, improved motivation, and reduced costs and wastage.
